July 13, 2012, a friend of mine, Kaleb, lost someone very close to him in a terribly tragic accident which should not have happened. His friend Janette was raped and beat and left to die. Kaleb carried her all the way to the hospital and she died in his arms in the ER. I didn't know either one of them at that time, and I didn't know that this was happening. On that day, I saw one of your pictures and I have had is as my desktop background since then. I met Kaleb on July 13, 2013. This was the one year anniversary of Janette's death. He planned on committing suicide on that day. But I saved him. I don't know how. But somehow, meeting me caused him to derail his plans for that day. He has called me his Angel since then. How is this relevant to that picture? It is a picture of an angel. I have had it since the day Janette died, and I didn't do it purposely. Your art has made such an impact in my life and is such a great representation of the life that I have saved. Thank you Paulina. Here is a link to the picture.
